Hello everyone and welcome to the final episode on the Abundant and Aligned podcast for 2024. Literally, just as I hit play to record this episode, the microphone snapped off. The stand Like seriously, this is not how we want to be ending our year. But hello and welcome to our season finale, the fourth season of the Abundant and Aligned podcast, but the third full year. So we have had four seasons, but the first year was a quick one, only a couple of months. So three full years of showing up on the Abundant and Aligned podcast. Weekly episodes I've hardly missed, except for when I go away for Christmas. I'm here Otherwise, every single week. We've had the most incredible guest speakers, we've had so many cool series and, yeah, I'm feeling really, really proud in terms of where we are leaving things for another year on the podcast. Um, I did want to share some stats with you all today and then essentially just tie a bow on our year together and wrap up the podcast before I go away for a two or three week break. I'm not 100% sure when the podcast will be back. I'm thinking maybe week of 13 January, but just keep an eye on Instagram and I will update you when we are back in action. But I hope you guys are wrapping up your year as well. I hope you guys have been enjoying the reflection episodes that we've been doing together. I hope you've taken the time to actually do your reflection and, most importantly, I hope you're taking a bit of a break before we go again in the new year. Whatever that break looks like for you, I hope you enjoy it and, like I said, this is our last episode for the year.

So, before we officially wrap things up, I wanted to actually share some stats with you guys from our year. We have had another insane year over on the podcast and I only have you guys to thank. While I do show up every single week and I pour into you all, I obviously need listeners, and that's you guys. And this year our listeners have increased by 138% since last year, streams have increased by 98% and we were listened to in 92 countries. Oh, and also we're the top 25% podcast on Buzzsprout. So a round of applause to you guys, to us, to the show, to everything that the Abundant and Aligned podcast has been. And, yeah, I'm just so grateful to have spent another year with you all and when I look at these numbers, it makes me so, so grateful, obviously, for the continued growth on the show. This is my baby. I love my podcast. It's one of my favorite ways to pour into you guys and create content. So naturally, it's really nice to see the increase year after year. So thank you for being a part of that. I thought I would also share the most downloaded episode which, to be honest, I think this has actually got number one since it's released, which would have been two years ago is the walking meditation. So I've actually linked that in the show notes below for you guys. If you don't listen to the walking meditation. You're clearly missing out on something because, yeah, like I said, I'm pretty sure since its launch, it has been the most downloaded episode on the show, so go and make that a part of your morning routine or your day in one way or another.

Obviously, this year we have had some incredible guest speakers on the show. If you have not gone and listened to all of them, please make some time to do that, because the value in those episodes is, oh my God, insane. And what I love is the guest speakers spoke on so many different topics, but they all come from so many different walks of life, so to hear their experience and then have them share the knowledge that they did, it's a no brainer to go and listen to those episodes. We have also had a couple of series on the podcast this year, so we had the 100K series. So if you are in business and you want to grow to 100K and you haven't listened to that series, go and listen to that. We've also had the money series, which was part two of one that we did last year. That was prior to the launch of the Wealthy Woman. Again, if you haven't listened to that or if you need to refresh incredible episodes to listen to and, like I said, an increase of 138% in listeners, an increase of 98% in streams, says that we're doing something right. So if you do need to go back and binge any of the podcasts, then maybe use your Christmas break to do that, or at least tune in when you are ready to go again in the new year.

Speaking of the new year, I thought I would run you guys through what you can expect as a bit of a teaser in 2025. First and foremost, I have the intention to blow the podcast up. So I have enrolled in a mastermind and the coach has an incredible podcast and I'm really excited to learn everything she has to say when it comes to building a podcast of that size. So watch this space for the abundant and aligned the abundant and aligned podcast to get even bigger than what it already has. Um, and just continue to impact women's lives through this show. We have got a bit of a rebrand coming, so a new cover photo, new intro, which is exciting the intro we've actually had since day one of the podcast. So in 2021, I recorded that intro and, if you can tell like my voice even sounds younger maybe only I can notice that. So I've got a new intro coming, which will be a nice little refresh for the new year, and, as I said, a new cover photo, just to be more on brand with our color palette. And then, as for episodes, I have a full lineup ready to go for you guys for like a new year series.

So, goal setting, really setting your year up to be the most successful year and ensure that you do tick off those goals that you set or have set, and really just have a quantum leap year. Whether you are getting to the end of your 2024, feeling accomplished or not, rest assured, 2025 is your year and I'm here to help you make it so, so successful. So, like I said, we will be kicking off with a bunch of new year episodes. So be sure to be back here in January, tuning in every single week to get access to the juice and everything that I have to share which has helped me have well, if you haven't seen my Instagram post an average revenue growth of over 200% and, honestly, it's the practices that I have at the end of the year and then at the start of the year that have created results like that. So, again, I do not want to hold back. I want to share everything that I do heading into a new year, planning days, setting goals, doing it in a way that you can actually achieve. Yeah, like I said over, deliver as always. So be here or be square. What else do we have? Like I mentioned, we're going big in the new year. 2025 is a year of big, big growth.

I was reflecting before, 2024 has kind of been a year of like rinse and repeat, so I did a lot of creating in 2023. And then 2024, we kind of just rolled it through again, other than her empire, which is brand new at the start of the year, which does not feel like it was at the start of the year, but other than that, we haven't had, like, new content, new program, actually, no, yes, we have. See, this is what I do. I underestimate how much I get done in a year. I'm like no, we do have a new mastermind this year and we do have a new program this year, becoming the online CEO, anyways, maybe I'm talking more about the free resources. So a new sleep meditation, new guided meditations, new walking meditations. I want to update all of that because it has been a few years since I have done that.

So, as always, this is the place to be if you want to live your dream life, not create. If you saw my post the other day, you've already created your dream life. You did that the moment you thought of the possibility. Now you have to allow it, and that's what my brand and my show is all about Allowing you to live the life of your dreams so far from average, and I have no doubt that 2025 is the year that you're going to make yourself so, so proud, and I'm so excited to be on that journey with you. But for now, let's just go away and celebrate the year that we have just had, take some time to reset and recharge and get our spark back.

I am heading away on Sunday. We have Christmas down in Tasmania this year, so we are away for the week. I'm going to be off social media. I'm going to be reading fiction books and laying at the beach and drinking lots of wine and just taking a moment to really reset and create space for new ideas to come through. When we go, go, go, go, go, we do block off that creative spark and it's really important that we take the time to get more in our flow. Go, we do block off that creative spark and it's really important that we take the time to get more in our flow, relax, like I said, get off social media, get away from that masculine structure and just welcome that feminine flow in, and when you do that, the ideas will fly through. So that's what I'm creating over this Christmas break is the space for new ideas, that creativity to drop in, and, yeah, I plan to do that by slowing down as much as possible and being creative.

I keep actually seeing on Instagram this painting. I probably left it too late, actually, because you have to order it, but maybe I'll do this in the new year. You guys might've seen it, but it's like a paint. You paint it, but it has numbers everywhere. So it'll say like paint three in pink and paint four in blue and ultimately you paint this beautiful picture, but you essentially just color in numbers. That's right up my alley because I'm not an artist, but I want to be doing more stuff like that because, again, that gets you in your creative flow and as the feminine, as women, we are naturally really creative people and I often get in conversations with clients who say, like I'm not a creative person, but I'm like you are. You're just not allowing yourself to be creative enough.

So I'm turning the dial up on that kind of stuff over the break and I'm just really, really looking forward to slowing down and just switching off and doing nothing other than things that make me feel good, so I hope you guys can do the same.
