Buckle up for an episode that's going to blow your mind and forever change your life and your business results and, honestly, once you understand this concept from quantum physics, you will never look at your business and life the same again. This has somewhat been inspired by some conversations I'm having with my clients at the moment heading into launches, setting these incredible high income monthly goals, really putting themselves out there within their business to make a mark and kind of going into or making these moves, still experiencing a level of hesitation, almost as if they don't have all the control. And these are the conversations I'm having with my clients during our coaching sessions. These are the concepts I'm reminding them of and I wanted to bring it to the podcast because I know you guys will take so much from this as well, and it's likely the advice and the knowledge that you need in your business right now, especially given we are heading towards the second half of the year. I know 2025 for you was set to be one of your biggest years, yet. I know 2025 for you was set to be one of your biggest years yet, and maybe, maybe, you're feeling a little behind. Maybe you know there's more to give, maybe you know there's more to create. So, again, the moment you really understand this concept and run with it, literally anything is possible for the rest of this year. So, buckle up, honestly, take notes If you can really turn your ears on for this episode and absorb it all, because, yeah, it's insane. It is insane and this is literally like. These concepts is what I run my business from and it's why I have created results that, when you look at paper, kind of would never have made sense. Um, based on the followers that I've had, based on the women on my email list, based on the podcast downloads over the years, the income I was making verse, those numbers kind of never really made sense. And it's because I've never been someone who has ran my business by looking at the analytics and the numbers and the stats and instead I I've understood these concepts I'm going to share with you, and and I've always known that I create my results, not what some data is saying from last month. Anyways, let's just get into it and you guys can have your mind blown for yourself.
Speaker 1:Okay, the first analogy I want to give you guys is the video game analogy. Now, I don't know if you guys have played video games before. I'm not a gamer myself, but my brother used to always play video games. He used to always play Grand Theft Auto and actually I used to play the Simpsons as well. Do you guys remember the Simpsons video game? That was a crowd favorite.
Speaker 1:But anyways, the video game analogy is that in most games, the world, or the game, or the house, or the universe, whatever the game is all about, the world isn't fully loaded all at once. So the room you're in and active in is loaded, but everything outside of that is just data waiting to be rendered when you move forward. So just so that we can get that picture in our mind, imagine that we are in a video game and we are in a house and at the moment we are standing in the lounge room that is active, but every other room in that house is just data and it hasn't actually been coded or rendered yet until you move into the bedroom. Once you move into that room, it loads, but the lounge room we just left then disappears. Your reality is exactly like this it is being created as you move through it, not all at once, but the moment you move through, based on what you decide and where you want to go, is created and coded. This analogy runs alongside a concept in quantum physics and it's called the observer effect, and essentially the observer effect suggests that particles exist in a state of probability until they are observed, at which point they collapse into a specific outcome. Essentially, what this is saying is nothing is actually real or determined until you give it your focus.
Speaker 1:More on the observer effect, there have been two foundational experiments that have kind of given light to this concept. The first one is called the double slit experiment and, without getting into this in too much depth, if you are a bit of a science nerd, like I am, and just love learning about this, then go and YouTube this so you can actually see the video of the slit experiment. It may make more sense to you. But in this experiment, essentially scientists shot electrons at a barrier with two slits when, unobserved, the electrons acted like waves and they just passed through both slits simultaneously and created an interference pattern. Again, once you watch the video this will make sense. But essentially electrons shot through and they just both kind of went through the slits and landed, leaving kind of two lines on the wall that they were shot at. However, when the scientists placed a measuring device which acted like an observer eyes on it, the slits, as they pass through, behaved like particles and they went through either one slit or the other, not both. So they changed. They changed what they did, they changed the way they behaved when someone was watching them. So again, that experiment has confirmed that the act of observation changes the outcome and consciousness impacts your physical reality.
Speaker 1:There was also another experiment that is kind of in the realm of this concept and it's called Schrodinger's cat experiment. You guys may have heard of this one before and essentially it suggests that a cat placed in a box with a mechanism that has a 50-50 chance of killing the cat, based on radioactive decay, is either dead, is both dead and alive until someone actually opens the box and observes the cat. The moment it's observed, the probability wave collapses into a single outcome. So while ever that box is closed, the cat in there is both dead and alive until we can actually look at it and figure out the outcome. There's a TV show that actually explains this really well, because the concept of this is superposition and the TV show I've done an episode on this before actually is called Dark Matter and essentially he puts himself into superposition and there are multiple versions of him existing at one time and while in this mechanism that has been created there are a whole bunch of doors that he can walk through and the reality is created once he actually passes through that door and eventually he works out that what's on the other side of that door is determined based on his emotional state prior to opening that door. Kind of just ruined the show for you, but anyways, it's actually a really, really good show to watch, to understand the concept of the observer effect and understand the concept that your thoughts and feelings create your reality. And any reality exists on the other side of that door. It's only when you open the door, and depending on the state that you're in when you open the door, that that reality is then created, but otherwise there are infinite possibilities that exist on the other side of that door.
Speaker 1:So actually, I have a quote here that I want to share. Where is it? Um yeah, so the quote is I don't know who said this, but anyways, the quote is the universe does not exist out there independent of us. We are inescapably bringing it into being. So, applying this, like, like you know, bearing in mind this cat experiment, bearing in mind that slit experiment, this is the same view or reality. Every business decision, every outcome, every income goal, every opportunity exists in potential until you choose to observe it and claim it. So more on how this can apply to your business. How's your brain going? By the way, again, I love this stuff and it's really bringing some science into the manifestation world.
Speaker 1:If you are someone who isn't quite on board with the spiritual aspect to manifestation, which, I'll admit, I do have a spiritual side to me, but I do like the science to manifestation and really understanding how the electrons work and how particles are created and, um, you know experiments that have been done, as I just mentioned. So, yeah, hopefully you're loving this, but how this applies to your business, what we're essentially saying is your tomorrow is not fixed, it's not predetermined. The outcome of your next launch is not already decided. Even the response sitting in your DMs right now is undecided. The response to a podcast pitch that you may have made, all of the outcomes exist in multiple possibilities simultaneously and so, just like that cat experiment, there is both a failed outcome and a successful outcome available in regards to your next launch. In regards to the response in that DM, in regards to response to any pitches you've made, all possibilities or all outcomes exist simultaneously until you observe it and decide on the outcome, and then the wave of possibility will collapse into that said outcome.
Speaker 1:Therefore, the outcome of that launch, the response in your DMs, whether or not that opportunity is a successful outcome, is all determined by you, your focus, your energy and the state that you're in when you bring that reality into physical form, just like the state he's in when he opens the door in that TV show, dark Matter. You are observing your reality every single day. You are deciding the outcome. You are coding it like the video game analogy. This changes everything for you. This changes absolutely everything for you your life and your business.
Speaker 1:Because now you understand, you don't have to wait and see what life or business gives you. You don't have to sit around and hope and wish that that next launch is a success. You don't have to hope and wish that the DM response is a yes. Send me the link, I'm in. You don't need to wait and hope that the podcast says yes to your pitch, or that next event wants you speaking on the stage, or whatever the outcome is that you're hoping for. You don't have to act anymore or pretend that it's out of your control and instead you get to decide the outcome based on your focus and your state of being at the time.
Speaker 1:So if you're going through the motions at the moment and you're just posting and selling and launching from a place of detachment, as if you don't actually have the control or your state is regularly in a place of fear, of lack of hesitation, you are likely collapsing that into your reality. So therefore, it's likely that your launches are falling short of the goal. It's likely that when you do open that DM, it's a no. It's likely that you aren't actually getting the results that you're consciously wanting, because more of you subconsciously is in this fear, this hesitation, this. I don't really have a control over the outcomes. I'm just hoping for the best, but I'm not actually expecting the best.
Speaker 1:However, when you turn on what's possible for you and when you start showing up in your business with more intention and knowing that in fact, you choose the outcome, what you're collapsing will change Emotionally, energetically. You show up differently. What you then code or render in that next room in the house will be determined by you. You become the observer that brings the aligned version of reality into form. And this is why I go on and on and on about why business isn't just about strategy and instead your priority should be your focus and your frequency. And this is like what my clients nail. And this is why we see insane results inside programs and masterminds like her empire, because they show up, but they create results based on possibility, not by checking analytics and allowing that to decide what's realistic for them. And again, when you show up like this, you can start to create pretty insane results because you're deciding what tomorrow looks like. You're deciding what that launch looks like. You're deciding what the response is in that DM. Are you guys just so excited for what you can now create in your business? And, like I mentioned before, this is why the work I do inside Her Empire is so different.
Speaker 1:Of course, taking action is important. Of course there's an element to your business where we can take a look at the data and the analytics and we can pull some information from that. But really, I don't really care how many followers you have. I don't really care what the open rate on your last email campaign was. I don't really care what the open rate on your last email campaign was. I don't really care what your business results have been like up until this moment, right now, here and now, but I do care about where you're focusing your attention, how you're feeling as you are making your moves in your business and the outcome that you're choosing to create. And again, when you master that, it's exactly how you will create some pretty insane illogical results inside your business.
Speaker 1:And, like I mentioned before, I truly believe the reason my business grew to the levels it did in such a short amount of time was because I refused to let my last month's numbers tell me what's possible for this month, or I didn't look at last launch's conversion rates and allow that to decide the limits for the next launch. I didn't look at the number of followers and the number of women on my email list or the number of podcast downloads I was getting and allow that to create bounds with what I could create, and I definitely definitely did not believe in beliefs from other people or from my past who were that weren't going to create the results that I was here to create. Again, I really mastered the game of quantum physics. I really understood these experiments and these concepts, like the observer effect, and really just came into business, moving like the outcome was completely in my control and yet doing so, understanding that we collapse the possibility into matter based on our focus and our emotional state.
Speaker 1:So what does this mean for you? If you are like me and you aren't really lit up by the analytics and the data and the numbers of your business and you just want to come in and be delusional and just create illogical results, then Her Empire is truly the place that you want to be. Like I mentioned before, of course we don't ignore the numbers, but we really understand where they came from, and it's from us. Somewhere along the line, you set that in motion. Somewhere along the line there was still a part of you that may have hesitated, feared, expected not to get the results that you want and therefore you didn't. So of course, we take a look at the numbers, but we never look at those numbers and then sit with the fact that they were created by something independent to us. But instead the numbers are what they are because we put them there.
Speaker 1:But also, regardless of the numbers, it doesn't mean that it creates your tomorrow, your next week, your next month, your next year. It doesn't mean it determines your next success in your business. You decide all of that, we decide all of that, and a huge emphasis inside her empire. And this is why my business coaching is so different and it's why we do create the results that we do inside this mastermind. We lead with our vision, we take bold moves before the proof exists. You know, again, we're not looking to make sure that we've got the numbers or the followers or the podcast downloads before we do something, we do it and we expect the outcome we want and we scale our business without needing to hustle, because we understand concepts like what I've just shared with you today.
Speaker 1:And again, what you are creating on your business isn't determined by how hard you're working or how long you've been here for, but it's determined by what you're focusing on and what you're expecting and when you can master energetic, like when you, when you get good at energetic mastery and when you get good at maintaining mastery and when you get good at maintaining a state of expectation and certainty, again you're collapsing that outcome into the one that you actually want. So this stuff's exciting and I'm sure it's like a big exhale for you in your business and it's your permission slip that you can. You can grow to the levels in your business. You can have the most insane launch. You can get that offer out into the world and actually see results. You can do the things that are sitting on your heart, sitting on your vision board, so much sooner than what someone else may have told you.
Speaker 1:When you approach your business from the understanding of quantum physics and when you realize that you are in control, nothing is predetermined, down to the launches, down to the DMs, down to the pitches, down to the results, down to what you're seeing on your dashboard. It's all determined by you, your beliefs. It's all determined by you, your beliefs, your focus, your identity and your intentional observation. So if this way of approaching your business is firing you up, then Her Empire is truly the place that you want to be and it's in a league of its own. You guys know I always say this. It's in a league of its own because, yes, we can look at the data and the numbers, like I mentioned, but we mirror that with the understanding that you control it all and at any point in time, you can turn it around and at any point in time, you can choose different outcomes and create them, and that's on you to decide. I'm here to hold the mirror up for you to see your power. I'm here to hold you accountable for viewing your business in a different way. I'm here to be your cheerleader in the same breath that I will call you out when you're playing small and showing up in your business with hesitation and uncertainty. And I'm there to recalibrate your thoughts, your emotional state and the outcomes that you are creating in your business, so that these next six months are literally the most successful, insane, illogical six months of your life, so I'm going to leave it there.

Speaker 1:In a nutshell, it's pretty crazy. Using the method that she'll take you through, she healed her deadly peanut allergy. All doctors told her that's impossible. She was so allergic that even if food was warmed up in a microwave that peanuts had just been in, she would have an insane anaphylactic reaction. Um, yeah, she was very, very, very allergic to peanuts and, using the method that she'll take you through in your session, she completely healed from that deadly peanut allergy. So essentially, what she does is she gets into your subconscious mind and rearranges past memories that have created a belief that you have.
Speaker 1:Obviously, you can work on whatever you want with her in that session, but you know common blocks that you may want to move throughout money blocks. So why do I feel anxious when it comes to money? Like, where's the root cause of that? Because obviously, if you feel anxious towards money, you will be blocking more from coming in, so she can go in and clear that block. Maybe you have a fear of being seen or a fear of growing online and people judging you or calling you a fraud or whatever it may be. She can get in and she can change and clear that block. You can work on whatever you want with her during that session. It's an individual session, but her work is wild, wild, so you also get an individual session with her.
Speaker 1:And then, of course, our in-person immersion up here on the Gold Coast, expenses paid weekend away. I have the current intake. We have the immersion next month. The itinerary has been finalized. We are having welcome drinks and an Italian inspired dinner in a really nice hotel on the Friday night.
