You know I am a sucker for New Year's when it comes to really creating and having a moment for yourself to reflect on what has been, but to get yourself really excited for the year that is about to unfold. And every single year that I've really stopped and anchored into that moment, it's always been the most successful and insane year. So I hope you did that. Because it was always a moment when my or when the revenue in the business increased by 700%. When I tripled my prices and clients stayed, the year that I or the moment that I surprised my mom with tickets to Europe on me always would have been because I created and had the moment. So that's exactly what this evening is. It's to stop and create a moment and mark the beginning of what is going to be your biggest and most successful year to date. So I'm really pumped for 2026 with you all. And yeah, as I've mentioned, really honored to spend another year with you all. So today's episode, I actually wanted to share the things that I'm focusing on in 2026 to grow the brand and the business. As always, the intention is to continue to grow the revenue. I love money. Money can do great things for our life, and I want a lot of it. So increasing the revenue and doubling what we did in 2025, continuing to build this brand out to be the go-to premium brand in this industry, and just keep doing what I love. So I wanted to share. I think I've got like 10 things that I wanted to share with you today that I'm focusing on personally to grow the brand in 2026. And I have no doubt there'll be lots in here that you guys can also implement. What I thought was really cool about this list as I was creating the list is it covers wellness practices, it covers mindset and energetic practices, it covers tweaks that I'm actually creating to the marketing and the visuals within the brand. It covers everything. So take notes and see what really resonates with you. And I would encourage you to create your own list of things that you can focus on in 2026 to reach the goals that you have set. And because I know you guys, I know you are also here to increase your revenue. You are also here to become the go-to brand for high caliber, high-paying clients. And you just want to really shift your life even more in 2026. So let's get into it. Okay, the first one is turning the dial up on my mindset and energetic practices. In 2025, I worked with a mentor for 12 months, and she specializes in marketing and messaging. And as I was reflecting on 2025, there was a really big emphasis on the business growth, which of course we need to look at our business through these lenses. Like through this lens, of course, marketing is important. Messaging is really important, branding is really important, funnels are really important. And so we do need to spend time on the business to grow the business. But a big chunk of 2025 was really looking at the business. And as I've mentioned, fine-tuning areas like our messaging and our marketing. And if I'm honest, the work on myself did get neglected a little bit. And towards the end of the year, we were seeing some incredible numbers come through the business. And I was finding my nervous system was a little bit out of whack. And that is the first indicator that your subconscious is sensing something is not safe or something is not familiar. And of course, if you are experiencing growth quite quickly, if you are starting to see large numbers come through your business that you aren't used to, your subconscious will register that something unfamiliar is occurring in your reality. And unless we reprogram it to show that it's safe and it's okay, it will subconsciously pull you back and sabotage all of the growth that you just created in your business. So as I was getting to the end of 2025, the alarm bells were going off that 2026 really needs to come back to me as the woman behind the brand, as the one that's holding the entire thing up, and as the one that is creating the effects in my reality. Of course, our business can only grow as far as we grow. And you may experience spikes of success that transcend you and in terms of your identity and your mindset and what you feel you can hold. But unless you do the inner work to stretch yourself to those levels, you will come back down on the other side. And if you do experience very inconsistent income months, if you are finding that you have a lot of momentum in terms of sales and clients, and then it's literally cricket soon after that, that could be an indication that your subconscious needs reprogramming because each time you are experiencing this spike, it's it's feeling unsafe because it is unfamiliar or because there's some kind of programming that that success and the money and the clients are bad. So it thinks it's doing the right thing by pulling you back from it. But of course, consciously we want to stay there and keep creating that momentum. So 2026 is a time for me to pour back into myself. I'm going back to the basics that I always sit here and talk to you all about my morning routine, which I've tweaked a little bit and I'm going to share in a second. Really doing some deep subconscious reprogramming work. So not just putting on a 10-minute mental rehearsal visualization meditation, but going deep for 40 minutes or one hour into my brain, into my subconscious, and really rewiring it so that I have a new, I have new hardware. And when we have new hardware, we create something new. So I'll explain in a second how I'm structuring this in my day. The sleep meditation is not going anywhere. And again, being really consistent with that. And then I really want to bring in some more advanced practices. So experimenting lately and doing some research on practices or techniques like astral projection and quantum jumping. Quantum jumping, I have experienced before. I would love to perfect the craft and get even better at it. Astral projection, I have not been able to do before. Astral projection for those who isn't for those who are not aware is the ability to leave your body, energetically leave your body. And books that I've read and people who I've heard from who can do this successfully describe quite literally leaving your body, looking down and seeing your physical body still sitting on the chair, or being able to get in front and look back at it. And I just think that's really cool. And that's when you know you are really tapping into higher intelligence and another dimension. So, along with the usual mindset and energetic practices that I'll do, which I'll go over in a second, just so that you guys can take some notes. I want to do more of these advanced techniques and really just see how much or how deep I can go with this work. So I will of course share how I'm going and anything that I do that really helps with my ability to do those practices and those techniques well. But just quickly, my morning routine. So what I've been, what I found in 2025 was my morning routine was starting to become another thing on the to-do list. And that is not the intention of the morning routines that we talk about around here. The intention of a morning routine is to really recalibrate your energy so that you are vibrating at the frequency that would attract income, sales, clients, opportunities that day in your business and to keep your nervous system nice and calm and nice and safe. And in 2025, I was finding that it was becoming a bit of a checklist. You may have also experienced that last year. And so I'm really bringing back to the purpose of this morning routine is to shift me energetically. It's to mentally rehearse what I want to create in my business that day. It's to really show my nervous system that the influx, the momentum, the clients is safe. And I don't want to rush through those practices, and I really want to experience them much deep, much more deeply and with much more intention. So I guess did a bit of an audit. What was creating urgency in my morning routine last year and how can I help that? And one thing was getting to the gym by a certain amount of time. So unless I have meetings in the business, I'm free to do what I want to do in my day, which means I could go to the gym later. I do enjoy working out in the morning though, was finding the gyms that I was going to last year or the Pilates and the cycle were really early morning classes. And the way that I best operate in the morning is wake up, go into the bathroom, do my face swasher, make my um bone broth, have my morning supplements, then go and do my energy recalibration or my meditation and then go to the gym. But when I was going to these classes that were starting at 5:30 a.m., 6:30 a.m., I was finding that I didn't have time for that in an intentional way before I went to the gym. And so I was coming home and ticking the box or not doing it at all. So I thought, okay, I can still have my favorite gym classes that I go to, but let's create a bit of a home gym at home for the mornings where I do want to wake up when my body is ready, do the beautiful morning routine practices that I do, and then do a workout. So I mean Bart went out to the shops over our Christmas break and bought a bunch of gym equipment and set up a little area that we can now do a workout at home. And I've been doing that for the last two weeks and it's been such a good, it's been such a game changer. I found it's really just allowed me to stay in my flow in the morning, not look at the clock and think shit, I'm late, get in the car, be stressed, get to the gym and do whatever, and just have that time dictate my morning. So that's something I'm experimenting with. More at-home workouts so that I do have the flexibility of my time even more to really keep me in that flow. Another thing I love about those mornings, and my desire to have a morning like this kind of fluctuates throughout the month, depending on where I'm at in my cycle. But I'm finding that if I can do an at-home workout, do my meditation at home, have my coffee at home, I can stay in my little bubble whereby the energy in the house is great. I believe in possibility. Nothing external can cut me off, of course. And of course, if we can stay in that energy for as long as possible in the morning, it's going to have more of an influence on what we are creating in that day. Um, so that's just a personal preference for me. I'm gonna try and extend this beautiful morning routine flow for as long as I can. And then as I've mentioned, I'm doing more of a deep meditation practice in the afternoon. My intention is at least two times a week, at about four or five o'clock, go into the bedroom or into my office and turn the lights off, light a candle, and sit and do a practice for 40 minutes to one hour. And that's where I really want to start to experiment with this astral projection and quantum jumping and really deep subconscious reprogramming work. I want to see how much I can manipulate my mindset, my energy. I really want to this year access this higher intelligence that I've not been able to access before. So I figured having some time in the afternoon to do that will just give me more space. And I find the afternoons, I'm winding down from work, my brain works best in the morning. Um, yeah, not on meetings or anything like that. The afternoons to me are kind of, I don't know, they feel like a bit of a time waster sometimes. So I thought that would be a good time to do that. So that's kind of a little shift I'm making to my practices and the mindset energetic part to that. The second thing I'm focusing on in 2026 to double my revenue and continue to grow the brand is really speaking to the women in my audience who are ready. They are ready to make a lot of money. They are ready to become the go-to brand for premium, high-caliber clients. You know, really building something that is so premium and of such high quality. And they're really standing out because of it. And then being unapologetic about having a life that includes first-class travel, driving the luxury car, living in this huge home with the household help and the help in their business and dressing in the beautiful clothes and having this luxury and overflow because they are making so much money and because they have so much time. And I really want to speak to those women. And my intention this year is to not dilute the message whatsoever. And if women can't keep up with the bigness and can't keep up with the the the standard and the caliber of life that we are here to create, then my message is just not going to land with them. And that is so fine. There have been moments, especially in the early years of my business, where I felt like I had to help everybody. And because I love my work and I know I've been put here because my soul is here to serve and to show people a different way to live life. I have felt that I needed to serve everybody. So that meant creating offers for everybody and trying to speak to everybody in my messaging and you know, talking about something in one way, but then kind of diluting it to help them in another way. And yeah, this year is really about coming in with even more, like narrowing down even more and coming in with even more focus, knowing exactly who I'm speaking to and creating every offer for that woman. Speaking directly to that woman in my content on the podcast, in our emails, pricing things in a way that that woman would love to invest in because it lights her up and it shifts her identity and just having this brand for her. And I'm speaking to you, the one that's listening to this podcast episode, because I know that is what you want your business and your life to look like. I know you are here to really tap into your full potential and step into your bigness and really just see what you can create when you go all in on this thing. So I know I am talking to you, but that's what we're doing in the brand. We're really speaking to the women who are ready. And it's not to say that last year I was convincing people as to why they should change their life and convincing people as to why they should get into long-term, long-term mentorship. We kind of ditched that messaging and that that connection to those people a long time ago, but even more just speaking power into people, speaking to those who are already ready and just leading them to the top and leading them to so much expansion in 2026. And you know what? Working with women or clients of that caliber is like something, is like nothing you'll ever experience. So if you're listening to this and you are realizing that perhaps within your business you've still been speaking to those clients who need you to drag them along, who need you to convince them, to believe in themselves, to invest in themselves, to get the help that your services can provide. And yeah, you're thinking, I'm done with, I'm done with speaking to that kind of client. Then I give you full permission to speak to the ones who are ready. Speak to the ones who are already aware that they need your service, who already have the money, who are excited to spend their money on what you offer and they're hungry. They are ready. They are one click away from buying from you and investing in you. I give you full permission to speak directly to them. And this is kind of the work that we do inside her empire, taking a look at every offer, every service, the way that you are showing up and selling your services and ensure that you are really positioning it towards that caliber and that standard of client. So again, really just sit and think about who have I been speaking to? Where on the buyer journey are they? And do I need to pull myself up that scale? Because you are so good at your craft, you deserve to be working with these clients who want what you've to offer and who are happy to pay for the quality that you provide. They're out there and you get the ability to really connect with them. You get the ability to really draw them in to your brands and into your services. And of course, if you need my help with that, Her Empire is the place for you to be. So yeah, really speaking to the women who are ready, and I'm really excited for the continued momentum that this is going to create, the conversations I'm going to be having in my masterminds, the results that I'm going to see my clients get this year because of who they already are when they join my world. The third thing I'm really focusing on in 2026 is in-person events. So, as I've mentioned, the evening that I put together on the 4th of February 2026 here on the Gold Coast is one of a few events that I have planned for this year. The reason I'm bringing events into the brand even more in 2026 is because I feel like in the industry, in the coaching industry especially, everyone's doing a masterclass. Everyone's doing a free series for you to hit your goals in 2026 or do this or do that. I personally love a masterclass and we also have one of those coming your way. But I really wanted a way to stand out this year. And as I've mentioned, this is the year where we step into our bigness. This is the year where we show up in our power even more. This is the year where we take up even more space to become iconic. And I really wanted a way to do what nobody else in the industry is doing and do this so, so well. So in-person events, I love them. I feel like it creates a connection to my clients and my audience in a way that I cannot create online. I love the fact that you guys can get really dressed up and you can meet other women and we can have a champagne together. I just love it all. So more in-person events coming your way in 2026 with the intention that nobody does it like we do it. Nobody does it like we do it. Um, we are so much more than just a coaching brand or a personal development brand. We are a we are a movement. And I feel like in-person events is really going to put us on the main stage, which I love. Um, so yeah, just quickly, the make it a mo make it a moment evening on the 4th of February. If you can come to the Gold Coast, if you live on the Gold Coast, grab your ticket or secure your invitation for that evening. Um, capacity is limited to preserve the intimacy of this space. Um, wear your best floor-length frock. Come so excited for the most luxury, luxurious, and elegant evening and yeah, the opportunity to meet other women in business and be expanded and be activated for the year that you're about to step into. So, yeah, more in-person events. Um, the one that we have planned in February will be in the ring with the immersion that we do for her empire. So, if you do join me in my mastermind, we also have a weekend immersion at the end here on the Gold Coast. We stay in the most beautiful venue or accommodation, we go out for beautiful dinners, we do a lot of subconscious, subconscious reprogramming work, we go to a cabaret show, and these immersions are just going to keep getting better and better. So that's also some other events that are happening. Um, okay, number four is living more luxuriously. So for me, when I have high quality items or when I'm in spaces that are luxurious and elegant, it does something to me energetically. And my intention is to remember that in 2026. So I know luxury and elegance and high-quality environments and spaces and things are also really important to you. So I would encourage you to bring more of that into your life in 2026. There is nothing like getting up in the morning and lighting a really beautiful candle, putting on a nice silk robe, going out and making coffee in a beautiful coffee cup, sitting down on your beautiful lounge and just starting your day. There is nothing like working from a really bougie hotel lobby bar or even working in your office, but you created this space that really elevates you and inspires you. So if you, well, I know you are connected to things like this and it does do something to you, to you vibrationally, then you also may want to make a bit of a list on ways that you can bring more luxury into your life, more beautiful moments, creating experiences for yourself on any given day. I have a candle that I get from Tamarine Mountain, if you are near that area on the Gold Coast. I think it's probably the only candle shop in the street. And yeah, it's beautiful. I think it's the wine cellar scent. So more of them in my home, whenever they are burning, they just make me feel so calm and luxurious. Um, other items include pajamas and bed sheets. We just bought some new ones, and every time we get into bed, we just say it feels like we are in a hotel bed, high quality clothes, only buying premium fabrics and um browsing high-quality designer stores because that's an experience in itself. And yeah, just finding ways to bring more luxury and and high quality into my life because I know every time that I'm around these things and doing these things and touching these things, I just feel so good. And when we feel good, it translates into outcomes that we actually want to create. Number five is spending, which is actually quite random, spending more time in old and grand places. So this kind of ties into what I was just saying about tapping into even more luxury in 2026. But whenever I'm in a place that carries a lot of history, or even when I'm around furniture that is antique, energetically I feel different. It's obviously a past life thing, but I just feel I just feel calm and I feel grounded when I'm around and in spaces that are really historical and that carry a story and carry a lot of history within themselves. So I want to find ways to embrace myself in that more often. Unfortunately, I live on the Gold Coast and it is a very modern place. So traveling to places that have a lot of history or buying or having antique furniture in my house so that I can smell it and so that I can be in the frequency of it. I'm just feeling so drawn to yeah, to spaces that have a story, tell a story, as opposed to brand new things. So the sixth thing I'm doing is doing what I say I'm going to do. If I'm honest, there were some goals or intentions for 2025 that were not achieved. And it's because I stayed in the comfort zone too much when it came to those things. So 2026 is the year to rip the band-aid off, jump out into the deep end and trust because every time it does work out, trust that it will work out, trust that the universe will support me. If it comes to us as a download, if it sets our soul on fire, the idea of doing something, it is supposed to work out for us. And I know I'm raising my hand to say that last year I did fall back into the safety and fall back into the comfort of not doing certain things that do stretch us or put us into something that will create change. But 2026 is the year that I'm doing what I say I'm going to do. So if you would like to jump on the band, jump on the bandwagon with me and really make this the year of courage, of big leaps, of trusting the unknown, then I've got you and we are in this together. And can you imagine how stoked and how how much we are going to be celebrating at the end of this year if we do everything we say we want to do? And yeah, just just jump, just jump on in. The next thing I'm focusing on in 2026 to double my revenue is elevating the client touch points even more, and the touch points for you guys who are within my audience. So we already have a very premium experience, especially behind the scenes. I take a lot of pride in the journey that my clients experience when they are a client in my world. For example, when you enroll in Her Empire, you get a welcome pack delivered to you in the mail. It's a beautiful box with the logo. You get a hard copy of your textbook, a little bottle of champagne, a notebook, a pen, and a little gift from me to celebrate you investing into this space, which I think is just such a beautiful touch given we live in such a digital world. So finding other ways to really add these really premium touch points for you guys and for my clients. We're also turning the dial up on things like our videography, content, photo shoots, even down to the fonts and the color palettes that we are using, really ensuring that everything is premium, it's high level, it's high quality. It's like you have just stepped into Cartia and you get greeted by the shop assistant with a glass of champagne and you get to browse this beautiful store. That's what I want coming into my world to be like, no matter what the avenue is that you join through. Um, so yeah, expect a massive elevation with the content. Again, really high quality video. The photo shoots are going to be so on purpose. They're going to turn heads. Um, and yeah, like I said, like fonts and um and sounds and the audio, like everything is just going to be in alignment with this luxury, this premium brand that we are really stepping into in 2026. And then as I mentioned, just finding even more ways to elevate the client experience behind the scenes. So the welcome pack, the immersion that we do. Another intention I have is to have meetups in my program so that we can have a champagne together and we can meet in person. And yeah, it's just going to be an experience that you remember from the moment you jump into my world. And if your mind is ticking over as to how you can create something like this in your own brand, just remember this creates a level of leadership that is immediately going to put you front and center. It's going to create a sensory experience that people will remember, which means they're going to talk about you in rooms that you aren't even in. And this is the best way to market your services and your product is by getting other people to talk about your brand. And if we can ensure their experience is so incredible, that will happen by default. The next thing I'm focusing on is bringing back money dates. If you are an OG, I used to talk about money dates all the time. It is actually scheduling in your calendar weekly, fortnightly, monthly, where you can take yourself out for a wine or book a hotel room or go for a coffee somewhere. Just go somewhere that elevates you and feels really nice being there. And then open up your numbers and actually take a look at the financial side to your business. I am the creative, I am the visionary, that is my zone of genius. But to run a business and to grow it to the millions, which is what we are doing, I'm very aware that I need to be across my numbers more and really know the back end when it comes to the financial side. Um, and it hurts to say that because I'm just not a numbers person. I really don't enjoy it at all. But, anyways, I have to do it. And so I'm bringing back money dates in 2026. I'm going to do it on a Thursday or a Friday. Those days energetically just make me feel good. And I'm going to take myself to a bar or take myself out somewhere, wear a nice outfit, order something beautiful to sip on, eat some food, pull up my numbers and spend some time looking at my money, circulating my money, knowing the numbers like the back of my hand. So if you have also let your money date slide, invitation to bring it back in 2026, it's our expansion era, it's the year we become iconic, and numbers have to come along for the right. Um, in my programs, I actually completely forgot you guys get this. In my programs, you actually get a checklist of what this money date would look like. Um, but yeah, it's essentially just pulling up your numbers and looking at them and circulating, um, circulating your money. But the key here is to make it fun and make it bougie and take yourself out on a date while you're doing these things. Um, so that's that. The next thing I'm doing is drinking less wine in 2026. In last year, I had a alcohol-free coach in her empire, and she inspired me to drink less alcohol. Now, I don't drink heaps, I very rarely drink through the week, but I do love a glass or two on the weekend, or if the sun is setting, we sit out the front on a Friday afternoon and just have some have some wines. And I'm realizing, like, of course, we are our best version without any alcohol in our system. And I'm definitely not removing it altogether because I do enjoy a glass of wine. I like the taste, I like the experience it creates, but just doing it less in 2026 for the sole purpose to live as my best self energetically, um, you know, creative in terms of my creativity, in terms of my energy levels. And yeah, I feel like this could be a good experiment for me to see how good I can feel if I'm removing it even more from my life. I was also inspired at the immersion for her empire last year, inspired by the amount of non-alcoholic options there are at the moment. And the penny dropped. I love a glass of wine for the experience. A nice cold glass of wine sitting at the front of my house, watching the sunset, or having a glass of wine on the couch after a long day, or having a cold drink down at the beach on a summer's day. But I've realized I can still create that experience without alcohol being in the drink. So I found some pretty good non-alcoholic options, a good non-alcoholic white wine, a champagne, and a beer. So was drinking them over the summer break and was actually enjoying them. So that's a little personal goal of mine is just drinking less, or if I want to do it for the experience, opting for the non-alcoholic options. By the way, I think I've had this conversation so many times. If you do have a non-alcoholic red wine that tastes more like red wine than some sweet syrupy thing, then please send it my way. Send it my way. The next thing I'm focusing on, which I believe is the second last thing, creating or continuing to create a movement. I don't want to have another brand in the coaching industry. I want and I am creating a movement that women want to be a part of. It's like whenever they join one of my programs, listen to the podcast, see me on Instagram, they feel like they belong to something bigger. And that's what I'm here to build and continue to build in 2026. So we are adding to the movement by creating these incredible, luxurious events, having celebration days with my clients. If we can do it in person, that is ideal. If not, getting on Zoom, sending some flowers, opening up a bottle of champagne, and really solidifying the incredible things they're doing in their business. Really creating something that people and women want to be a part of and creating something that is shifting their life in ways that nobody else is doing in this industry. And then finally, finding more enjoyment outside the business. I love my work. I know you do as well. And it's easy to get really wrapped up in it, but I want to find things that bring me joy outside the business. So when I was little, I learned the piano and I want to bring that back in 2026 and relearn the piano and yeah, just sit down and get good at the piano. I also want to start to go for ocean swims. So when we were away over Christmas, me and my sister were just literally hardly getting anywhere because it's a lot harder than what I thought. Going for a little freestyle swim in the ocean that isn't super rough. It's was like a bit of an inlet. So I want to start getting up in the morning and going for an ocean swim and have that be a form of my exercise and my workout because I was shocked at how hard it actually is. And then also just reading more. But reading fiction books, I'm reading Outlander at the moment. I watch the TV show We Can Never Get Enough of the Claire and Jamie love story. So I'm reading that at the moment. But yeah, just finding ways to be creative, switch off, and do things that bring me joy. So that's a little list that I'm doing, and I encourage you to find more pleasure outside of your work and find things that will enhance your creativity and will really get you in that alpha or theta brainwave frequency because you are so in the moment, which is really powerful for manifestation. That is everything I'm focusing on in 2026 to double my revenue and continue to build this movement in this industry. I hope you have taken a lot away from today's episode.
