The Big Website And Platform Migration

SPEAKER_00

Hello everyone and welcome back to the Abundant and Aligned Podcast. I hope you are having a beautiful week so far. I feel like I'm finally coming at the other side of what has been a massive couple of weeks in the business. As you guys all know, we upgraded, not only upgraded the website and client experience, but migrated everything over to a new platform. So to say it's been a ginormous project that I underestimated is an understatement. The last few weeks have been insane. My husband asked me, why the hell did you decide to update or move the entire website and client portal across to a new platform while you are launching the collective? Thanks for calling out the obvious. No, it was actually all very intentional for two reasons. I need a deadline to get moving on things sometimes. And also the elevation of the collective is quite insane. It's so premium and so high level. And I really wanted to move across to a platform that would support a space like that. So we have moved from Squarespace over to Ivory and feeling like the right move. But yeah, it's just been a huge project because not only did we update the website, so the landing pages, the design of the website, but we also had to move everything across from Squarespace to Ivory. So that's all of the client resources, the programs, the products, orders, contacts. Ivory also has an email marketing section. So I also had to move everything across from the old email platform. And yeah, it's been massive. But we are getting there, and like I said, I feel like I'm coming out the other end. So this morning I've actually just been sitting out in the sun. I looked in the mirror last night and noticed my face is really pale, and it's probably due to lack of sun over the last few weeks, having days in there where I did not leave my office, not once, to go outside. Um, so yeah, I've just been sitting out on our beautiful green lawn underneath the palm tree with the sun belting down. It's such a nice day, listening to my new favorite song on repeat, sipping on my hydrolyte water, and writing up some notes for this podcast episode, which leads me to our episode today. So

Why Visibility Culture Dilutes Expertise

SPEAKER_00

I shared a post on Instagram last night sharing with you how and what I've done to move to a more boutique coaching brand. And it comes at no surprise that you all really resonated with everything I said within that post and also within the caption. That is, we live in a paradigm where visibility is the goal, a number on a screen, including uh followers and views and likes, is highly praised. And so many women are feeling like they need to uh condense their work into a three-second reel because a people's attention span online is non-existent, and I see a lot of women feeling like they have no choice but to move with the times and just lean into that. But I certainly don't because all I'm seeing is dilution, and as I shared in that caption, there are certain women in business who were never supposed to be delivering in that way because the results that you get for your clients requires depth and nuance. You have so much experience, knowledge, and expertise to share, and that shouldn't be shoved into a three-second reel. And yeah, I'm seeing women in business with decades of experience condensing and diluting their work into low-priced offers with a many chat automation attached to it just to keep up with the times. And I'm certainly not saying there is anything wrong with that, but I am saying I believe there are certain bodies of work that don't fit that mold and should absolutely not fit that mold, and my work is one of them. So this has been a quiet evolution over the last 12 months at least, really moving into more of a premium, high-level boutique brand where I work with only a small number of clients at one time. I am known for the one signature result that is helping you attract higher paying premium clients and create wealth. So actually make a lot of money and have a lot of money and circulate a lot of money and live a wealthy, luxurious lifestyle. I have a small number of spaces that you can get into that now start at $15,000. And that's because I get women insane results. But in order for you to experience the full depth of my work, it needs to be done in spaces like that. I also appreciate the kind of women that I attract into my world don't want to have a bunch of digital courses sitting on their computer that they never get around to finishing. Instead, they really want to step into something and they want to be a part of something, whether it's a part of a body of work that actually changes their way of thinking and moving in business, or a part of an elite circle where high-level women are making big decisions and bold moves in their life to live and create a lifestyle that is so far from average. So, as I mentioned, it's been a quiet progression over the last 12 months.

The Shift From $400 To $15K

SPEAKER_00

And so I thought it would actually be a really great episode to sit down and share the evolution of how I went from charging $400 to $15,000 for the same work. And I know we have some new listeners to the podcast, or maybe it's been a little while since you've heard my story, but I wanted to take us right back because, as I just shared, it hasn't always been this way for many different reasons. I mentioned there it's for the same work, and that is true. My body of work has never changed. My area of expertise and speciality is the subconscious mind, energetic creation of outcomes in your reality, and really helping you create a life far from average, and that has been the case since day one. But the reason I now charge upwards of $15,000 is because of all of the reasons I'm going to share in today's podcast episode. But like I said, I want to actually rewind the clock for a moment because it's all relevant and I think it deserves some attention because yeah, I wouldn't be where I am today had it not been for the journey and the story that got me here.

Law Career And The Freedom Wake-Up

SPEAKER_00

So, for those who are new around here, this career that I am now in was certainly not one I had ever envisioned for myself from a very young age. I said I wanted to be a lawyer when I grew up. I don't know why or where that seed was planted, but yeah, as far back as I can go in my memory, I always wanted to be a lawyer. So I got really good, I got really good grades at school. I got into a Bachelor of Laws straight out of college and blitzed my way through through university. I found law school quite easy. Obviously, it's challenging, and the topics and the amount of reading you have to do is insane, but I I just have always been pretty good at school, and I've always been really good at reading and retaining information, which is such an important skill to have in law. I've always been really good at writing and communicating, so law school for me was pretty okay. So I got really good grades at law school. I topped my class, I don't know what they called it now, but because of my grades, I was in the top bit of my cohort and yeah, graduated from law school with the intention to be a lawyer for the rest of my life and grow my career in the legal space. When I graduated from university, I moved from Canberra to the Gold Coast and I applied for a graduate position. There were 400 applicants, and I got the job at quite a big firm here in Australia. It's a national firm in the personal injury space, and I worked as a personal injury lawyer for seven years with this firm, but it was about two years into my law career when I had a massive download. And the reason this download came through was because I was reading a book called The Answers, and it's weird when I share that because at that point in my life I didn't think I had an answer to find. I had just moved to the Gold Coast, living my dream lifestyle by the beach with the warm weather. I was in a relationship at the time that I thought was it. I was in this law career that I had dreamed about ever since I was a little girl. The career progression with this firm was insane. I was really good at being a lawyer. Again, it came really easy to me, and I really found my feet quite quickly in that in that profession. And so at that point, I don't remember thinking I needed to find an answer, but I was in Kmart in the book section, and I was really drawn to this book called The Answers. So I bought the book and I was sitting in my backyard at the time, and this memory feels like it was yesterday. And I was reading the pages of this book, and there was one simple question: if you could have any life, how would it look? And before I knew it, there were pages and pages and pages of ideas and a vision that was so far from the life that I was living. And the biggest message that was coming from those downloads was freedom. As I said, I had just moved away from my hometown. I'm very family-oriented, obsessed with my family. It's still quite weird that I live so far away from them. And so not being able to get on a plane and go home and visit them whenever I wanted to didn't sit well with me. Two weeks of annual leave every single year is not enough in my eyes to be with family, travel, live our life, experience life. And I just suddenly got really frustrated with the fact that what was normal was to give your time to a job, spend more time in that job than what you did out of it, and be a puppet to whether or not your boss said you could take the leave or not. And so within this journal were pages of this life where I worked online. I could do that work anywhere, therefore, I could take time off when I wanted to, I could extend my weekend when I wanted to. Um, I love the idea of working for myself, so I didn't actually have a boss to answer to. I wanted to be able to travel, I wanted to be able to go back to Canberra whenever I wanted to, I wanted to experience more of this beautiful lifestyle that I had created on the Gold Coast. And while the vision was there, I had no idea how I could make that possible. Again, all I knew was law and a career in law. And if we take that and put it within the parameters of this vision, what I start my own law firm, but that's still within a very stressful industry. Still having to go to an office or a firm and see clients in person. But what is so interesting about that moment is while what was written on the pages looked nothing like the life I was living or that I knew was possible, I was really excited. And a lot of people always ask me about that moment. They ask, Were you disappointed? You just realized a career you had studied and worked so hard for wasn't something you wanted. But I actually wasn't afraid, I wasn't frustrated, I was excited. And that's one thing I love about myself. I've always been a very curious person, and I've always been willing to follow the breadcrumbs and see where they lead me. And that's what happened in this moment. I was just excited about how I could bring this vision to life and how I could make this happen.

Network Marketing Hustle And Hitting A Wall

SPEAKER_00

As the universe works or as your reticular activating system within your brain works, within a couple of months, I started seeing on Instagram network marketing, in particular, the company ARBON. And the girl that was posting about ARBON was actually a girl I went to law school with. So I was really familiar with who she was, and she was talking about wanting more freedom away from law, and she was talking about the income potential attached to this network marketing business. And I had actually used the products before, so I was familiar with Aubon. And I thought, you know what, let's give it a go. So I spent $800 on all of the products because another thing about me, if I am going to do something, I'll do it right. And I figured if I'm going to be an advocate of this brand, I need to use all of the products and I need to have the entire product suite. So yeah, I spent $800. I put it all on a credit card because I had no money and I poured absolutely everything into this network marketing business, thinking that was my way to create this freedom-based lifestyle. And I did, I poured everything into that business. So I was still working full-time at the law firm. It is a very stressful career, long hours, a lot of expectation, but I would still get up early in the morning and I would work on my network marketing business before I went to work in the law firm. I would be there until about 6 p.m., 6 30 at night. I would come home, have a shower, cook my dinner, and then get back on my laptop and attempt to grow this network marketing business. I did literally everything anyone told me to do when it came to growing that business. I was the one who was doing product parties at my friends' houses, taking them through a skincare routine and a makeup routine. I was the one who was saying yes to the wellness events, and I was going in, I would set the nutrition products up. I was the one always going live on Instagram talking about this business. I was the one messaging every single person I had ever known in my life to join my business. I was doing literally everything to grow that business, and it never really took off. So there are four levels in this particular network marketing business, and I got to the second level after about two and a half years, and only because I asked everybody I knew to put an order through. So we got the numbers and then woke up the next day because your stats reset after the month, woke up the next day back to zero, and could not rebuild to the income or the sales that I needed to maintain that level because I literally just asked everybody I knew just to buy a product to get me across the line on that promotion. Like, oh my god, it could not have been worse. It could not have been worse. And honestly, if you are listening to this and you ever received a message from me in those days or a request to put through an order to get me across the line on a goal, I really do apologize hand on heart. But I did everything to grow this business and it was not working.

Subconscious Money Programming And Identity

SPEAKER_00

It was not working. So after about two and a half years, I paused and I asked the second most important question I have ever asked myself. What in me is blocking this? Because I knew there was nothing more I could do. I had tried so many different methods to grow this business. I just knew I had this intuitive knowing that something in me was blocking the results. So I paused on that business and I picked up a book called Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. And I started to learn more about the impact our mindset has on our reality and our results. And that if you want to make money but you feel broke, you won't, you won't make money. So that book really took me through how important it is to think rich in order to create riches. And I realized while I was doing everything to grow that business internally, I felt broke, I didn't feel good enough, I wasn't living in this identity of a successful entrepreneur, and therefore my results were reflecting that identity, not the conscious desires that I actually had. That book then led me to Dr. Jodis Spencer, and the second book I read was called Becoming Supernatural, and that talks about your subconscious program and the concept that Dr. Jodis Spenzer teaches is that your life is simply just a printout of your subconscious program. Your subconscious program being everything you got told, observed, observed, and experienced, particularly before the ages of seven. So in my case, what I saw was my dad being the breadwinner and making the money for our household. My mum was a stay-at-home mum, taking care of us kids, dropping us to school, volunteering in the canteen, being in every single school or sporting event around the dinner table. The conversation was work hard if you want something in your life. A term I would hear a lot was money doesn't grow on trees. There was this feeling, even though my dad had a quite a successful business, and I realized as I got older, more successful than what I thought at the time. But there was this feeling that money was limited. I have memories of being in the shop, and mum would have her wallet with a certain amount of cash in the wallet left over from dad giving her money that morning. And I remember her saying, We can't get that because we only have $20 left in my wallet. And obviously, dad had more money than the cash that was in my mum's wallet. But being a young child, the programming was, oh, we literally only have that $20 note left. So I grew up in a household where money was never spoken about as this unlimited, abundant resource, but rather something you had to work really hard in order to get. You had to sacrifice a lot to hold on to it. And it wasn't here to stay. And it was and it felt quite limited. I also grew up in a family where the men mostly were the breadwinners who had businesses, but in professions like my dad was a butcher, mechanics, carpenters, builders, tradies. And then the women, if they weren't stay-at-home mums, they were in roles like lawyers, accountants, or teachers. There was nobody in my family doing what I was trying to do within this network marketing business. That is, be an online entrepreneur, making money online, traveling the world while doing so. Nobody in my family had ever done that. So I simply did not have the subconscious program to create this life that I consciously wanted. And therefore, it didn't matter how hard I worked or how hard I or how much I wanted that life. My program simply didn't have the operating system in order for me to actually create it. And when I learned this, I remember just feeling so happy because I had finally worked it out. There is nothing more disappointing than pouring your heart and soul into something and not seeing the results you would like to see. So to finally have an answer that explained why my hard work did not equate to the income results I wanted to, like I just felt like I finally, yeah, I finally found my answer. So I spent about 18 months deeply studying this body of work. Dr. Joe Dispenza, Dr. Bruce Lipton have been leaders for my within my journey. Every book, every YouTube, I studied neurolinguistic programming, I studied the subconscious mind. I've read so many books on how our brain works and in particular how our brain has learned throughout our lifetime, which is now influencing our thoughts and our emotions, which influences our energetic broadcast, which influences the reality and the results that we create. And I took my little nerdy brain that I've always had, my love for learning and my ability to retain information and communicate it back. I took it and I just studied and I studied and I studied and I tried every single meditation, every single modality when it came to upgrading the subconscious mind, shifting your energetic broadcast. And not only was it making small changes within my life, but I just had this knowing that more women needed to know this. I knew I was not the only one busting my ass to create change and not seeing it unfold and feeling so confused and frustrated.

Building A Brand Around Real Depth

SPEAKER_00

Why? So I started my podcast, this one, Abundant and Aligned, and naturally it grew quite quickly because I was finally talking about the very thing that more women need to know, and that is you don't get what you want, you get what you have been programmed to create. Or they had also come from families where the belief was money doesn't grow on trees, you have to work hard for it, you can't expect everything to go right, like all of this limiting program I knew so many women were carrying while desiring something different. And so the podcast naturally grew quite quickly, and I just knew inside of me this was the next breadcrumb that I had to follow. So I launched Jess Martin the brand, and my very first program was called The Academy, which, if you have been around for a little while, you would know that was my signature space for a few years, and I launched that program at $400. I poured everything into that launch. I took everything I had learned from my years of studying the subconscious mind and creating outcomes through energy and launched that offer at $400. And I remember my first sale, I felt like I had won the lottery. I remember saying to Bart, holy shit, somebody, some random, just paid me $400 to learn from me to get access to me. And I remember just being like, holy shit, because even though I had made some money in network marketing, it wasn't to access me and my brain and my knowledge and my space, it was to buy a product that ultimately was Arbon's product, like it wasn't actually my business. So to have someone actually choose me as their mentor and work in close proximity to me and pay me $400, I was like, oh my god, I've made it. I've made it. So the brand has obviously evolved so much since the $400 Academy, and I have had the honor of working with so many different women around the world, which is wild to say. The progression went from working with the everyday woman, helping her transform her life. That's what the academy was at the start, a life transformation program, really backed with principles in manifestation and the subconscious mind and energy creation and identity upgrades. And then I really found my feet within the work with female founders and women in business who didn't need to be convinced that another life was possible where we could have an uncapped income and freedom to experience life. Instead, they already knew that. Now they needed a mentor who could take them from that place and multiply it. So my program shifted over the years to just working with women in business who wanted to make more money, who wanted to create more freedom in their life, who wanted this sense of overflow because they were making more than enough. And yeah, the spaces have evolved over the years. The caliber of women who step into my space has evolved over the years. We are in, I think, seven or eight different countries with clients currently in those countries. And yeah, it's just progressed into this brand that is so known for the results my clients get, but also the premium experience, the bespoke coaching, the fact that you don't just join my spaces and become another number. I become your mentor, and I think that is really important. And I think it's another reason why my brand is so off in its own little world because I know there are a lot of coaching brands who call themselves a mentor, but they don't actually know their clients, they're not actually a part of their life, and I'm sure if we looked up the true definition of a mentor, somewhere in there it would have some kind of relationship connection between the mentor and the mentee. And that's something I think is a very important part to a coaching brand. However, I know the world we live in, like I spoke about at the start, more and more coaching brands are actually moving away from that, and I don't personally agree with that, and that's not the way that I want to go, which is why, as I shared on that post last night, I have really moved into a more boutique coaching brand because I want to maintain that relationship I have to my clients. I want to maintain the intimacy of my spaces, and in order to do so, the investment and the experience and the kind of women that enter my world all need to reflect that. So that's the evolution. And I mean, today the brand looks like these beautiful elevated spaces who attract incredible women in you know professions and industries like law, accounting, interior design, marketing agencies, personal stylists, financial coaches, women who are doing huge things in their life and come into my spaces to expand even more. We have spaces that, as I've mentioned, are a white glove bespoke experience. Just this morning, actually, I was getting the welcome packs ready for the women who will step into the collective and also getting all of the stationary and you know, styling things ready for the immersion that I'm doing in July. Everything in my world is so luxurious and so intentional, and so intentional, and it's just a full-on experience, and I'm so proud of that, and that we go the extra mile when it comes to that part of the brand. Um podcast features most weeks. Two episodes dropped this week, actually, on two podcasts that I was on. I'm speaking at an event on Sunday here on the Gold Coast, a branding event. So working with these high-caliber clients, creating these premium online spaces and events, speaking on podcasts, speaking at events. It's just yeah, it's it's actually pretty crazy to sit here and talk about it given where where I have come from and the evolution of this brand. So for those who look at my brand and think, I love everything she does, I love that she is unapologetic about being the premium option. I love that she is unapologetic about pricing her work based on her expertise, not on a limited budget. I love that she is unapologetic about still being personalized in a world that does favor and praise automations and funnels. Then I really wanted to share with you guys today how I've got my brand to this point and how and why. Because again, I think it all matters. Stepping into a premium brand

Becoming The Match For Premium Clients

SPEAKER_00

and holding a business of this size and of this standard, one doesn't happen overnight, but it also isn't about just increasing your prices and calling it a day. And perhaps you are somebody who has recently increased your prices, but you've noticed client inquiries have dropped off. Or maybe you at some point this year had a really big income month, but then a few weeks later, or a few months later, you questioned where all that money went. And even though you saw the number on paper, you still felt like you were just surviving and just getting by. So there is a lot that has gone into being in this position now. And again, I'm an open book and I always want to share this with all of you. So, first and foremost, like I just said, my expertise is within the subconscious mind. And I am an embodiment of the work that I talk about on my podcast, on my social media, within my client spaces, and the work to constantly expand my capacity to upgrade my self-concept and my subconscious program has never ever turned off since day one, since I picked up Think and Grow Rich all of those years ago. And I don't just say this to say it like truly, I still meditate in the mornings, I still listen to a sleep meditation at night, I still do something in the morning to expand my energetic frequency. I still implement tools to regulate my nervous system and my emotions. I am constantly doing work on myself. And that is why I have a brand that looks the way it does, and as I just described, because I have constantly evolved. And you may have heard me say this before, or or maybe you've seen it online. Your business will only grow as far as you do. And I see so many women in business stall, whether it's their income just hits a ceiling and it can't go past that, or their spaces only ever get a certain amount of people each time, or they seem to get the same inquiries and having the same conversations, no matter what, it's because their business is just equal to their self-concept, their subconscious program, their energetic broadcast. And therefore, you can't outwork that. I think so many women in business do think if they just work harder, they will break past that income ceiling. If they just work harder, eventually they'll start to attract the kind of clients who just pay without hesitation as opposed to the ones who come in with a limited budget and a fear of spending their money. They think if they just work harder, something will just shift. But the unfortunate truth is it won't unless you become someone who can actually attract and hold larger amounts of money. Become someone who is actually an energetic vibrational match for these higher caliber clients who do move in that way. Until you become someone you've never been before, you simply can't move to levels of success you haven't held before. So in my business, I have never ever taken my foot off that accelerator. And obviously, this is my bread and butter, and so I know how influential this work is, but it's 100% the reason why I can charge $15,000 and upwards for my services. It's 100% the reason why I have had two podcast features this week who came to me and asked me to be on the show. It's 100% the reason why I am speaking as a keynote speaker at this event on the weekend and they asked me to come along. It's because I am the person who can create results like that. So if you know that your next level in business isn't going to just suddenly manifest because you worked a little bit harder, but rather you need to focus on becoming someone different. You need to get in and upgrade that subconscious program, you need to shift your self-concept, then the collective is the space that you need to be in. It's the reality of it. Otherwise, like I mentioned before, you will keep hitting this income ceiling. You can increase your prices, sure, but it's likely your client and crient inquiries will dry up, or you will probably have a huge month in business this year or very soon because you are you and you are so phenomenal at what you do, but you'll still feel like you are just getting by and that that money will just disappear, whether to unexpected expenses or you'll subconsciously spend it. Ultimately, you're just going to come back to this lifestyle that you've always known. And this lifestyle is probably quite similar to the lifestyle you grew up in. Even though maybe on paper you're doing more, the lifestyle you are living is still equal to what you grew up within. And it's all coming back to that subconscious. So the collective is where you need to be if you know that's the work you need to do next. The next thing I've done is always elevated my spaces. So

Elevating The Container With Network

SPEAKER_00

I don't just decide I want to work with a higher caliber client or a you know a female founder who is a little bit further on in their business and just whack a higher price and again call it a day. I am constantly evolving and elevating my spaces so that the price tag makes sense, so that high caliber women see themselves in these spaces. So behind the scenes, I am focusing more on creating a high network instead of a high follower count. So when you get access to me and you step into a space like the collective, you also get access to my network. And I am actively adding to that every single week to ensure the specialists and the experts you get access to just by being in one of my spaces is at the level you need them to be. So in the collective, for example, the specialists we have include a financial advisor, a PR special, a PR specialist, functional nutritionist, marketing consultant, a psychic business coach, just to name a few. I have realized someone like you needs to start thinking and moving differently in business. And you don't need the mindset hacks that the academy used to have. You need access to financial advice. Okay, if you are making 20, 30, 40, 50k months, you need to know how to circulate that money so that you can invest that money, so that you can spend that money wisely, so that you can save that money. And so you need access to that kind of knowledge. Someone like you with the expertise and the experience you have and the desire to be in magazines and speak on podcasts and speak on stages needs to know how to get in front of opportunities like that. How do you grow your influence? So a PR specialist needs to be within your circle. I have intentionally selected specialists to match the level that you want to move towards, knowing you only know what you know. And this is something I'm constantly evolving behind the scenes. The clients who step into my space are also always elevating. So, and actually, you know what? I think that's so underestimated when you do step into a mentorship space. Not only are you getting access to the mentor, in this case me, but you're also getting access to the women who are also in that space with you. And this is why I personally love mentorship spaces like the collective over private mentorships sometimes, because not only do you get proximity to me, you get proximity to these other women who are also doing incredible things. For example, just the other day in one of my client spaces, Steph, one of my clients, crossed three million in cash within one year within her high-ticket role. Another client came out of a meeting with her accountant and they had the conversation around tax. And usually that conversation would be really stressful because either the money wouldn't be there for the big tax bill or her body would just react to that conversation because of a subconscious program around money. However, she shared in the group that she had the conversation with her accountant, and not only did she have the money there to pay the big tax bill, but she felt so neutral when in that conversation. Another client has had a lot going on with her kids lately, with their schooling system, some health things going on in the background, and all of that was happening while she was in a launch for her new mentorship space. So she was holding a lot at that time. Can you imagine how expansive these conversations have been within my space? Tax bills that can easily be paid, 3 million cash collected within 12 months, juggling home life and kids while also growing a company. Being a part of those conversations changes your brain chemistry. It changes your perspective, it changes the way you think and therefore the way you feel and therefore the decisions you make. And that that kind of those kind of conversations and that kind of support and that network is worth its weight in gold. So not only you getting access to an elevated space, but you're getting access to these incredible women who step into my spaces who can honestly add just as much value to you and your business as what I can.

Skin In The Game And High-Level Living

And then when it comes to me as the leader of these spaces and as the mentor you do get proximity to, I am constantly upskilling and I have skin in the game. What I mean by that is not only am I not only am I an embodiment of the subconscious reprogramming work that I shared before, but I don't just post on social media to grow my business. I am sending pictures for PR opportunities. I am hosting these massive events that stretch me and require me to hold so much. I am speaking at events, I'm getting up. In front of these crowds and sharing my voice and my knowledge. I'm constantly networking behind the scenes, as I've mentioned. I'm elevating my spaces, I'm launching programs, I'm growing the podcast, like I have skin in the game. And again, I know there are a lot of brands that have either been out of it for too long, they have a ginormous team that does a lot of that for them, which is so great for them. But then there are mentors like myself who are still very much doing the do. And so when I learn something new, I share it with you. When I go through a lesson, I share my insights. When I invest in a mentor or a new skill, or I go to that event, I share everything I've learned. I share what I wouldn't do. You get access to insights from someone who is still in the game and is still very much embodying the expansion and the decision making that is required to move to high levels of success within your business. Alongside that, actually, I also live a high-level life. So not only am I growing this incredible brand and doing things so well within the industry, but I also live a high-level life. So I take care of my health and wellness. I shared in an email I sent last week the non-negotiables I have in a growth season and things I don't compromise on, even in a busy time within the business. And it's things like still going to Hot Pilates every single week, taking the time to cook and eat nutritious meals, getting out into the sun so that I get my vitamin D dose, walking on my little walking pad, reading books, doing things of an evening to create a really calming space before I go to sleep so that I get a good night's sleep. I have really good boundaries. I am really good at saying no to the things I don't want to do. I only spend time with people who add to my energy and not drain my energy. I have a beautiful home that has intentionally been created so that it's a space I feel inspired in. It calms me. You know, I do all of these things within my actual life to live a higher-level life. And I'm not just sharing this to toot my own horn, but I think it's such an important conversation to have, especially if you are considering stepping into the collective or any other space, even if you're looking at another mentor and you want to join their space, that's fine. But ensure they are actually living a life that inspires you. They don't just have a lot of followers or they don't just make a lot of money. Like, are they actually the woman that you inspire to be? And there are so many different areas within our life as a woman that we should also be taking care of. And I think if you're getting into spaces that are all business but they neglect every other part of their life and they think that's cool, then the question is, is that really what you want to step into? So again, like whether you're looking at the collective or you are looking at another mentor, and sure they are going to be a mentor for your life. Sure, the collective does focus on increasing your wealth and attracting high caliber premium clients into your business. However, we also have conversations, just like I shared with Chelsea, about how you grow a company while also juggling your kids. We have conversations about, you know, routines like going to the gym, recipes you should eat, this health coach you should work with, this book I read on hormones. Oh my god, I'm going through menopause. This is everything I've learned. Like we're having conversations and you're learning how to upgrade your entire life, which I think is really important to say because I know you didn't just create your brand to work with clients, it's a means to a lifestyle. And I know that you your work means a lot to you, but so does your family, so does your freedom, so does the ability to travel. Like there are many other areas of your life that are just as important to you. And so I think it's important that you have access to a community, knowledge, and support that also sees that and also wants

Avoiding Trends That Cheapen Your Work

that. And then finally, the last thing I have done over the years to enable the brand to progress in the way that it has is I haven't got too lost, too lost or swept up by trends. And now I say that with a bit of a cavear because I definitely have at times in my business. Early days I would see a trend and jump straight on it. Early days I would see another coach launch a particular masterclass or do a particular podcast episode, and I was definitely inspired and influenced by competition and outside noise. So I've definitely been there. However, over the years, I have come back to the knowing that I shared at the start of this podcast. My work isn't supposed to be consumed within a three-second reel only. My work can't be squashed into small digital products sold for $29. My work is at a different level. And again, it's not to say any of that is wrong. There is a format that works for everyone, but the format that works for my body of work and the and the results I get for my clients requires more depth. It requires long containers, it requires a price tag that will expand your identity so that you are forced to put the work in. It requires this other level of coaching that just can't be ignored. And so I think what's really helped with the progression of a brand, especially lately, is just realizing that I don't have to have all of these micro offers for $29 with a many chat automation attached to it. I can still sell programs and spaces that are at a minimum six months, that are five-figure investments, that are founded on a brand that still sends voice messages, that still gets to know all of my clients, that still does all of these things behind the scenes, and that's how I'm supposed to grow my business. So I again I share this at the start. I see a lot of women trying to dilute their work just to fit in the current landscape of business at the moment. But just know you don't have to. If you have this little niggle, that it is diluting your expertise, it is going against how you would like to grow your brand. And know that the in-depth, longer form contracts, projects, mentorship spaces are still very much working and they are within a whole league of their own. And again, if you know that is where you want to take your brand, then my work is definitely for you. So

The Collective Applications And Closing

SPEAKER_00

we are gonna leave it there. That is the story of how I went from charging $400 to $15,000, everything that has gone into the brands to create results like that, and hopefully a few golden nuggets in there for you to think about whether you know things need to shift within yourself as the woman creating the results in your business or within the standards when it comes to your brand and your work and the clients that you are working with. Again, if this episode has really fired something up inside of you, then my work inside the collective is for you. Applications to spend the rest of your year in that space are now open and there are only limited spaces available. As you guys know, I keep this space intimate. If you have questions, you can send me a private message on Instagram. Otherwise, I have linked the collective in the show notes below for you to learn more and apply if this is where you want to spend the rest of your year to be expanded and pushed to a new level in your business, celebrate it along the way, and yeah, just spend the rest of this year in a space that you know will get you to where you want to be in your business. Thank you so much for tuning into another episode, and I will talk to you in the next one.
