A high value woman doesn't earn more just because of her credentials. She earns in proportion to her identity, and this episode is about the habits that quietly set it.

In this episode, you'll learn:

  • Why Jess flatly disagrees with the big name coach who said morning routines are stunting your growth, and what happened to her own magnetism the fortnight she let hers slide
  • The pink satin pyjamas rule, and why there's a whole part of her life you'll never see on Instagram
  • What Louis Vuitton and Gucci understand about trends that most women building a premium brand still haven't caught onto
  • Why her human design profile explains the two weeks she disappeared, and the reason she'd never hand you a cookie cutter strategy
  • The room your next premium client is already sitting in, and why she isn't scrolling to find you

Plus the hobby homework for August, why it should be something you loved as a child, and the client who went from doubting a $5k month to celebrating a $50k month in under twelve months.

You Earn What You Feel Worthy Of

SPEAKER_00

You will earn in accordance with whatever you feel worthy of earning. Now we're not sitting here today talking about your credentials, your experience, your qualifications. I'm talking about who you are on a day-to-day basis as the woman leading your brand, as the woman in control of your expansion. Welcome to the Abundant and Aligned Podcast, a place where you will come to realise anything you desire is possible. Imagine a TED talk but over wine. My wish for you is that you experience an unlimited flow of money, a business that attracts your dream clients, and the freedom to spend your time how you choose. And if you stick with me, that will soon be your reality. I'm honoured to be on the journey with you, so let's get into it.

Why I Stepped Back On Purpose

SPEAKER_00

Hello everyone and welcome back to the Abundant and Aligned Podcast. I have missed you guys. If you keep up with the podcast every single Wednesday, you would have noticed I've been a little bit MIA. We haven't done a podcast in the last few weeks, and it's been very, very intentional. Now I set out to no longer be someone in business who just ticks off a box, whether that is on social media, on the podcast, within my emails, anything, anything in the business, I no longer want to do to simply add noise. We live in a very, very noisy world where people are throwing information left, right, and center for the sake of it. And it's it can consume me, and therefore I would be contradicting that if I was also just adding to the noise for the sake of it. So I've said this before: whenever you see a podcast episode from me, whenever you see an Instagram post from me, whenever you see an email sitting in your inbox, always take the time to read it because it is very intentional and it's there because I have something to say and something that is going to help you. So that's what's happened with the podcast. It's not to say that I haven't had anything to share with you guys, but the evolution of the brand is the next evolution is happening, and I can feel the shift in all of you in terms of the level of client you want to serve, the amount of money you want to make, and therefore the kind of information you need to be consuming. And I wanted to make sure that all of my ducks were in a row when it comes to my solo episode, but also the guests that I have lined up to ensure that I'm adding value to you guys who are here for massive, massive, massive growth. So rest assured, I've got you guys covered. As usual, stick with me, and you will be the most highly paid female founder in your industry, period.

The Collective Update And A 50K Month Story

SPEAKER_00

Now, before I get into today's episode, I thought I would give you a bit of a debrief. We all love to be nosy. So the last episode I did, we were just about to close the doors into the collective. We are now three weeks in with the most incredible group of female founders inside the collective. So we have some integration available for them. So not only can they learn the knowledge that these respective specialists bring to the table, but they can also work alongside them. And this morning we had the specialist session with Claudia Compton, who is a psychic business consultant, and her sessions always blow me away. She pretty much gives you the roadmap you need to follow in order to quantum leap, whether it be your prices, your offers, shifts you need to make to your marketing where you need to be focusing, where you need to stop focusing. Like she's she's incredible. So we had that this morning, and yeah, very much in the thick of the collective, the most incredible women in there from many different industries, all here to make a lot of money, work with clients at a higher level, and continue to grow their premium brands. So that's where I left you guys last time. We also had the immersion, so I finished up with a group of women who spent the first six months of 2026 with me, and we finished with the weekend immersion here on the Gold Coast. And if you have not seen the content from that weekend, go and have a look. I've never seen an event done so well. So, so luxe. So it was held at the Mondrian, which was the first time we've done it there, which is a luxury hotel here on the Gold Coast. We had a beautiful big suite looking over the ocean. We ate yummy food, we drank wine, we had a panel come up on the Sunday, we had conversations that mean you honestly leave as a completely different person. In fact, there is one story I need to share from that weekend. My client Steph joined my world last year, and at the time she was working as an engineer, earning six figures in her career, but wanted to grow her business in the high-ticket space. So she joined my world with a lot of hesitation around the possibility. She was new to my world, she wasn't sure what can actually happen in such a short amount of time yet. So she had a lot of hesitation, and she said that she would like to make 5k months in her business and leave her engineering job. Anyways, fast forward, she ended up leaving her engineering job and made her 5k month and then went on to make a 50k month within less than 12 months, and so that was probably the story of the weekend. Her sharing that in September last year she was doubting making 5k months in her business, and then just in July, she was celebrating at 50k month. What the hell? I love my work, I love the women who come into my world, it's actually insane. So, yes, the immersion was so so beautiful, and it was just another moment in the brand where I was like, once again, we just smash it out of the park. Once again, we are just in a league of our own in terms of the events we create, but also just the women who come into these spaces and what they contribute and what they walk away with. It's just it's honestly such an honour to be a part of moments like this.

Two Weeks Offline And The Creative Reset

SPEAKER_00

So that was the immersion, and I cannot wait to do it all again in November with the women currently in the collective. In terms of me and what I've been up to alongside all of that, so I always said in my business, when I got to the point where I could take a step back after a big launch, I would do that. And after the launch we had for the collective, I took two weeks offline completely, which I've never done before, other than over Christmas. Two weeks offline, I was not on social media, I obviously haven't been posting or recording for the podcast, and I just took a step back and stepped into my creative vortex to cook up what's next for the second half of 2026. And yeah, in the early days of my business, I used to look at other founders who would do that and just dream about the day that I could take a step back after a big launch. Because as you know, if you do these live launches in your business or you run campaigns, they do really take it out of you energetically, physically, spiritually, everything they drain everything, which is amazing because they are designed to be a huge spike in the business. So you want to give it all of you, but after you are, especially me being a manifesting generator, I go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, and then I need to retreat and come back. And when you are building a business and a brand, you don't always have that luxury to take a step back. You need to get up and you need to go again and go again and go again. So yeah, I always said when I got to the point in my business where I could take a little break after a huge launch and step back into my creative vortex, recharge the batteries, I would do that. So that's where I've been over the last few weeks, and honestly, it's been beautiful. It's been quite amazing not being on social media. You guys know how I feel about social media. When I'm when I'm on with social media, I'm like, yep, I love social media. When I'm so sick and tired of social media, I want to delete every single platform and never be seen there again. Um, so that's kind of how I felt at the end of that launch, which is very normal because of the amount of output, as I've mentioned. So that was really lovely. Just to take a step back. I spent some time with family, I did some traveling, I read some books, I purchased a course and watched and studied some of that. Just been enjoying my life here on the Gold Coast. Winter here is so so beautiful, and yeah, it was the break or the refill that

The Identity Shift To High-Value Now

SPEAKER_00

I needed. But we are now back, and as I've mentioned, I wanted to come back with an intention, a bit of a theme for not just the podcast, but also what I'll be sharing over on social media. And the theme is all about being a high-value woman. Now, when I was preparing the show notes for this episode, I wrote becoming a high-value woman, but then I thought the phrasing of that is still putting this into the future, which I don't want this to be a future thing you accomplish. I want it to be a now thing, and not only something you are working towards, but an identity you have already adopted. Like I really want to instill the energy of you have already arrived. You have already arrived, you are already enough, you are already her. So I scribbled out the first sentence from becoming a high value woman to being a high value woman. And I wanted to share some things that I'm personally doing in my own life to be a high value woman, some things I'm seeing unfold online and in people's businesses that is really downgrading them. Probably not the best word, but kind of downgrading them, kind of cheapening them, which I'll explain in a second. And yeah, just wanted to give some advice, some guidance on how you can be a high-value woman. Now, the reason I want to talk and help talk about and help you become or be a high value woman is because your income will always be proportionate to your identity. You will earn in accordance with whatever you feel worthy of earning. Now, we're not sitting here today talking about your credentials, your experience, your qualifications. I'm talking about who you are on a day-to-day basis as the woman leading your brand, as the woman in control of your expansion. And this list is quite exhaustive, but I just want to share some things that I'm personally deepening, leaning into more, and yeah, where I'm seeing some kind of go wrong. So let me share a list. You guys know I love a list. I feel like it's so productive when you listen to a podcast and you get a list, and then you have a game plan that you can go away and execute on. So I have a list.

Morning Rituals That Create Magnetism

SPEAKER_00

Now, the first one will not be new news to anybody who is an OG of the podcast, but I wanted to start with this because I actually saw an Instagram post the other day from I won't say her name, but she's quite a big name in the coaching space. And she said that morning routines are ruining your success, and by being so obsessed with a morning routine, you are actually stunting your growth. And I could not disagree with that more. Morning routines are not dead, and this is coming at the perfect time, like with so much fire and passion behind what I'm saying, because when I had those couple of weeks off in the outward facing part of the business and just poured into the women in the collective and poured into myself, I took my foot off the accelerator a little bit with my morning routine and slept in, had slower mornings where I just woke up, I read my book, I caught up on my client telegram chat, maybe I watched a little bit of Wentworth. I was really leaning into a break, and that went for my morning routine as well. Because let's admit it, sometimes the morning routine is another thing on the to-do list. I'm never taking away from that. And so, yeah, I just thought, you know what, let's completely retreat in all areas and just go with the flow a little bit more. And I just did not feel as expanded and as magnetic as I do when I have my long morning routine. And this morning I I did my usual morning routine, which by the way, I want you to actually start to view as a sacred ritual in your day. So instead of this being this morning routine that you have to tick off every day, just shifting that perception, that perspective, and viewing it as a sacred ritual. Anyways, I went through my sacred ritual this morning. You guys know the drill for my morning routine. I get up, I listen to some kind of affirmation track. This morning, I listened to a Neville Goddard start your morning with this on YouTube and had my morning coffee, and then I went to Hot Pilates, and then I came home, I did an energy activation, and then I had meetings. And I just could not believe the difference in how I felt this morning when I was on my meetings, towards my work, my creativity, like all of it. All of it because I started my morning with my best foot forward. So, no, morning routines are not dead, and they are a sacred ritual that will set you up for the entire day. Your energy, your creativity, your spark, and they are your most profitable, powerful assets in business. You need to be creative, you need to have energy, you need to have this magnetism about you so that when you do post online, or when you do talk on the podcast, or when you do go to that event, people are drawn to you. This is why some people have the best strategy, but they aren't making the kind of money that others are because their energy sucks, and it all starts with how you are starting your day. I don't care what anybody says. No, the morning routine doesn't need to be a hundred steps long, but yes, you do need to have boundaries in your morning, and yes, you need to be doing something that fills your cup up, makes you feel alive to turn that magnetism on. So a high-value woman has boundaries, protects her morning, and does something in the morning to spark herself, to make her feel alive, to get her going for the day ahead. Something else I'll say on morning routines, and I have shared this before, but don't just do your morning routine, make it a sacred ritual, as I said, make it an experience. So I don't get up in the morning and just throw on some gross trackies and sip my coffee. I get up in the morning, I have a beautiful white robe that I put on, or a linen robe that I put on. I have my nice slippers, I drink my coffee out of a coffee cup that has a saucer and a really thin lip of the glass. I burn incense, I have either meditation or spa music playing, or sometimes I'll have a morning jazz playlist on. I open the house up, I let the sunlight in. I do my gouache with a beautiful rose hip oil, and I have this red light vibrating thing that I use. I put my hair up with a nice headband, like everything I do in the morning is for the experience. It's this premium luxurious moment in my day that truly does add to my productivity for the rest of the day. So, yes, we can talk about having the list for your morning routine, but I also want you to make it a moment. I want you to drop into your mornings with such elegance and like you are the star on a movie, and somebody is filming your morning, like I want you to get into this, and that's gonna make a difference for your morning routine. So, as I've mentioned, morning routines are not dead, and high value women have routines. I could probably tell you whether you are reaching your income goals by looking at your morning routine. I'll just say that. The

Privacy Online And Timeless Marketing

SPEAKER_00

next thing a high value woman does that I have actually been seeing people do wrong online. A high value woman doesn't share her entire life online. And I was talking to my husband about this the other day. He said, You never post about me online. I said, Why would I? You are not a part of my brand, my clients don't care about you. Why would I share you on my social media? And I said, I actually like that I don't share all parts of my life. I like that I have some things for me, and I think there are many women who are creating or building an online brand who feel in order to be successful, you need to share your entire life with the entire world. And as somebody who is here to help you create a high-end brand, it's actually doing more harm than good. I think something that is so sexy is a woman who moves in private, and I do know that in order to grow your business, there are parts of your life you have to share, the obvious parts of your life, whatever's relevant for your business. But there's also a whole heap of your life that you don't need to share online, and that could be the permission many of you were hoping to receive. You can grow a multi-six figure, multi-seven figure business without showing your entire life online, and like I said before, I I actually think you'll grow quicker if you stop sharing your entire life online. A high-value woman is private, she's confidential, she has things just for her, and only those who she chooses to share that with get the privilege. Otherwise, it's all for her. So you don't need to share your entire life online. And I've seen a lot of women who would like to be moving into the high end space share too much of themselves online, and again, it's actually bringing their brand down. So be intense. Intentional with what you share, make it make sense for your brand. And whatever you do share, be mindful that it's making an impression an impression within your audience and for prospective clients. So I've shared this before, but I have a pair of pink satin pajamas. And if I am wearing them and wanted to create content of my morning routine, I wouldn't do it that morning, or I would go and put my brown pajamas on. Yes. Yes. That is because the pink satin pajamas are not on brand for me. Everything you see on my Instagram is a portfolio of the parts of my life that I want to share and are in alignment with my brand. And the pink satin pajamas aren't within the color palette and they're not they're not a marker of my brand. So I wouldn't share that online. So I guess what I'm saying is the parts of your life that you do choose to share online also be intentional. So is that in alignment with your color palette? When you think about the experience or the feeling of your brand, does that add to it? Or is that telling a completely different story? And yeah, go to the effort of being really intentional with what you are wearing, what's in your content, the experience, the vibe of your content, and stick to that. Something else I've also seen so many do wrong online lately is want to build a high-end brand but get sucked into every single trend. And where that becomes even more dangerous is if that trend has nothing to do with their brand or isn't in alignment with the feeling and the experience of their brand. So if you are somebody who enjoys trends, at least make it make sense for your brand. If not, don't worry about it. I do have something I want to say on trends though. Because we are here talking about a high-value woman, I would not personally be jumping on the bandwagon with trends online. I wouldn't, I wouldn't participate in trends. Just like Louis Vuitton and Gucci and Dior do not participate in fast fashion. All their pieces are timeless. Their marketing is timeless. They don't care what Glassens or Cottonon are doing, they don't participate. They let them do their thing and they stay in their own lane. So again, if you want to, if you want to be a high-value woman with a high-end brand, I personally wouldn't be participating in online trends. I would keep your marketing timeless, editorial, and stay on your own lane and just keep producing the content that makes sense for your brand. So a high value woman doesn't share her entire life online. She's intentional with what she does post. She makes sure it makes sense and adds value to her brand and it's timeless editorial on purpose.

Human Design And Soul Contract Decisions

SPEAKER_00

The next thing a high value woman does is she studies her human design and her soul contract. Two specialists I have brought into the collective for this very reason. I want to say up until last year, I didn't know what my human design was, or at least understand it, and I certainly didn't know what my soul contract was. I didn't even know it existed. But studying these two parts of myself has been such a game changer for the business because it means that when I execute on something, it's done so in accordance with how I'm supposed to execute on that thing. I always say this: if you are a client in my world, never ever ever will I give you a cookie-cutter strategy. I actually think if any business coach is, they're not a high value woman. I actually saw one of my friends' colleagues share on her Instagram before that she worked with a business coach once before, and this business coach told her that if she didn't follow this particular strategy, her business wouldn't be successful. And she was on there saying that's a load of BS, and I agree with that. And when you understand that we all have a unique design and a unique soul contract, it makes that make even more sense. We should not be all following the same strategy, jumping on every single trend. And instead, we should be making decisions from and in accordance with things like our human design and our soul contract. I am a manifesting generator with a profile to for. What that means is I am multi-passionate. I need many different offers and layers within my business. And as a manifesting generator, doing so is not a distraction. I have worked with a lot of clients who are manifesting generators, and before learning this, they were trying to niche down and just have one part of their business operating at one time because they thought that if they did an online course and also had a VIP event and also had a podcast and also spoke on stages, they were leaking their energy and they were being distracted. But in fact, they are most powerful when they lean into business growth like that, as a manifesting generator, for example. So that helped me understand that I'm supposed to have all of these different offers and layers in my business, and it's why I have a podcast, I send out email each week, I post on Instagram, I speak at events, I do events as an offer, I have a long format mentorship space, I also have a course. This makes sense for my human design, and that's how I should be showing up in my business. I'm also a profile to for. What that means is I have this part of me that's like the hermit, which is why after that launch I retreated and I came back because that's very much in alignment with my human design. I need to recharge the batteries before I go again, but I'm also a for. What that means is the money in my business is found in my network. People I already know are the most profitable aspect of my business as opposed to relying on a cold audience online, for example. So, can you see why knowing this information about yourself makes you such a high-value woman? Because you know what your office suite should look like, what your marketing should look like, what visibility should look like for you, and how you should be showing up on a day-to-day basis. It means you can live more in alignment with that design as opposed to working against it. And then also bringing in the element of your soul contract. Now, I'm actually going to link the podcast episode I did with Charlotte Milder below in the show notes. Go and have a listen to that, it will blow your mind. I personally find soul contracts very, very fascinating. But the whole concept of that is you came to this earth with a souls plan and you came here with certain talents and goals that will help you execute on that. There are certain lessons you are here to learn, and again, just knowing that means that you don't go crazy if you hit a certain obstacle in your business. You know exactly why it's there and how it's there to serve you or who you need to be or become in order to overcome it. So a high value woman studies, doesn't just know about human design and soul contracts, studies her human design and soul contract and has it on hand whenever she is making decisions within her life. The next

Hobbies That Bring You Back To Life

SPEAKER_00

thing a high value woman does, and this has also been my homework for some time, as I've shared on the podcast before, she has a hobby. Yes, we love our work, yes, we are career women, and that is a very big part of our identity. We thrive when we are selling and networking and marketing our services and serving our clients. We are career women, it's such a big part of our identity. However, we also need to have a life away from our business. Now, when I think about my own life, my career will take up a big chunk of my life, particularly the season I'm in currently. I don't have kids, so I can pour a lot of me into my business, into my career, and I want to. That's a decision. However, I think we also need to have something outside the business, even if it's taking up a small fraction of your time. So a high-value woman has a hobby, and that hobby should be something that is creative, something that makes her feel alive, something that, if you can find this, something that her inner child or something she did as a child would be ideal. We want this hobby to not only add value to you, spark your creativity, but serve as a grounding practice. And again, if you can do a hobby that you used to do when you were a young child, you will hit that nail on the head. It will just be an opportunity for you to spend time with your inner child to play, to have fun, and to do something that once upon a time you were really good at. So find a hobby. I'm gonna share two hobbies that I have committed to starting in August. So I grew up riding horses. The kind of horse riding I did was uh sporting, which is barrel racing, flag racing, and then I also played polar cross. And yeah, I want to get back into it. And the other one is I want to I want to buy a keyboard for now, but I would love to actually have a piano and go back to playing the piano. So again, when I was younger, I played the the piano, which isn't it funny, the things that our parents got us to do when you when we were younger. And in the moment we were like, oh, you are so annoying. I don't want to learn the piano, I don't want to do this, I don't want to do that, and now we're older, we're like, damn, I actually really wish I stuck to that. Anyways, I learned the piano when I was younger, and I really wanted to quit. From memory, my piano teacher was so mean, and so I just didn't look forward to it. My mum said, Okay, I've got a deal for you. Learn My Heart Will Go On by Celine Dion, and then you can quit. So I learned that song and then I quit. But now that I am wanting to start a hobby that gets my creative juices flowing, music is something I love. I want to get back into playing the piano. So a high-value woman has a hobby, and that hobby makes her feel creative. If it can get her outside, amazing, but it makes her feel alive, and even better, it's something you did as a young child. So add getting a hobby to your list of things to do in August, and let's all challenge ourselves to actually do this and actually stick to it. The next

Networks And Rooms Where Premium Clients Are

SPEAKER_00

thing a high-value woman does, and something that I have actually been spending a lot of time on lately, is she builds her network and she has strong associations. So, going back to my human design, I mentioned my profile is two four. The four-line being someone who has strong networks, and in business, that's where a lot of my money is. A lot of clients sit within my already existing network or people I will get to know. I'm also a Gemini, so I'm naturally social and I love having deep conversations with people. So me leaning into building out my network and having strong associations comes quite naturally to me. If you are the opposite, I still challenge you to do this because social media is very busy, which means you are feeling a little bit ugh when it comes to social media, you are craving deeper connections with other founders, or you are craving, you just create you're craving real connection offline. So I would love for you to really lean into building out your network and even better so do it in real life. So I was at actually I just had a meeting before with one of my clients, and she's also a two-four manifesting generator who is also a little bit over social media. And so I said to her, I see you putting together some kind of luncheon or brunch for other founders in industries that make sense for you. So she is a lawyer. So I said, get together accountants, financial advisors, other lawyers, and just put on a luncheon where you all come and you all just get to know each other. It can just be an opportunity to actually get to know other incredible women in similar industries in real life. So if this is landing with you, I encourage you to do the same. Remember, you don't have to always wait for an event to pop up in your local area. You can create them yourself. And it doesn't need to be this huge seminar, it can be an intimate brunch or an intimate luncheon with people you would love to build associations with. So really think about this. What's your industry? What other industries could you tap into where your clients are already? So you want to think about people who have clients who could also be your clients. Think about people who have an audience full of people who would be interested in whatever it is that you do. So there's so much crossover there. And if you can be intentional with who you are building that network with, it means they will for sure refer their clients your way. And you can actually create pretty profitable referral partnerships with these associations. So create some high-level associations, build some high-level associations and go and hang out with them in real life. Go for coffee, go for lunch, go for dinner, make it a group thing. You will be so ahead of the game, especially given you are here to create a high-end brand with premium clients. Premium clients are not scrolling on social media. They are in those rooms. They are already in connection with those people. So find ways to create that association and you will open yourself up to better rooms, not always more rooms. The

Educate Yourself More Than You Consume

SPEAKER_00

next thing a high-value woman does that is on my list and that I have seen, seen as something I want to comment on, she is educating herself, not consuming. So I would be lying if I sat here and said I don't scroll on social media. A little TikTok scroll at night is a treat when I hop into bed sometimes. However, I'm very mindful about the information I consume. If it contradicts what I'm here to create, I don't consume it. And I am more interested in educating myself than consuming. So it goes without saying read the books, get into the programs, go to the seminars, listen to the podcasts that aren't just on gossiping and shit. Topics that will actually make you a smarter, more intelligent person. Educate yourself, continue to study, continue to learn. And again, it just means that what your brain is absorbing is information that's adding value to your life, not distracting you or making you dumber. And of course, that's not to say that you can't have moments where you watch trashy reality TV. I love trashy reality TV. I'm so excited the block has started again, which for those who are not in Australia is a reality TV show where four couples build a house, but they're not really building the house. They've got tradesmen that build their house and they're just there for the drama that comes with reality TV. And I love that show. As I said, I also love having a scroll on TikTok. I love finding a funny video on TikTok and then reading the comment section. However, I am mindful that it's a small part of where I'm spending my time and energy, and it's not more than other parts of my life. And again, if I've if I'm if I'm putting a podcast on, it's so I can learn not to listen to trash. If I yeah, if I am on social media, 99% of the time I'm contributing to the world, sharing my knowledge, and then I'm getting off. Again, if I'm reading a book, it's usually to learn something, to strengthen myself, to add value to myself. So don't underestimate learning, growing, and studying. And yeah, find new topics that you can get better at and learn. Which actually leads me to some guests that I am bringing onto the show. Two in particular, I think, will be quite interesting because we've never had a topic like this. One is all about high-value communication and articulation. I think it's one thing to have a lot of ideas swirling around upstairs. It's another to actually articulate and explain in a way where people understand. So I'm gonna bring someone on who can really speak to high-value communication and articulation skills. And then I'm also bringing on someone who is talking on body language and really holding yourself physically as a high value woman, whether that is on meetings, in boardrooms, when you go to events, just sharing some tips and tricks when it comes to your body language and again the way that you physically carry yourself. So until those episodes drop on the podcast, take the time to learn more about those areas. Really understand what makes a high-value woman a high-value woman, and how can I study that more. And

Homework And What Is Coming Next

yeah, just just do things that make you better, that expand you, not keep you stuck, and maintain old patterns that you are ready to move past. And that is my list of things I'm focusing on at the moment to be a high value woman, and areas that I just wanted to speak to when it came to qualities, traits, decisions, movements of a high value woman that I thought would be of interest to the collective here today. So there you have it. Some homework as usual. We love homework on the Abundant and Aligned podcast, as well as some episodes to look forward to. Um, alongside that, I'm also bringing on a human design expert. So if the things I shared just before about your human design sparked your interest and that is something you would like to study more, I am bringing on Lily Eid, who will be talking on human design, astrology, and I really want to pick her brain on the profiles, as I've mentioned that 2-4 thing I was talking about before, because that in particular has been really helpful for me to know in my business. But for now, go out and be a high-value woman because you will always earn in proportion to your identity. So we need you to feel high end and top notch, and your income and your wealth will match that. We will leave it there. It's so good to be back in your ears. Thank you, as always, for hitting play on the podcast, and I will I will speak to you guys in the next episode.
